Yoga

Yoga is an excellent way to improve flexibility and strength. We offer different styles of yoga to suit your individual needs.

One of the great things about our centre is there is a private yoga studio onsite.

Classes range from Zen meditation yoga to dynamic Hatha yoga. We also feature uniques classes like Somayoga and "Yoga for the back" for clients who are looking to work on specific health concerns.

Classes are small to ensure that your individual concerns are addressed.

Yoga instruction is provided by the teachers at Preston Yoga Studio. For more specific information on classes and sessions please check out there website.
